Join a project via email invitation

If you are looking for help regarding access via a project request not invitation, please read ' Join a project via request'.

If you have received a project invitation email from a user with Admin or Manager role level, please follow the instructions below to join the project. 

Important:  If you are certain you should have received an invitation but you cannot find the email in your inbox, please read ' Issues receiving emails from EMDESK'.

Join via email invitation

Check the inbox of the email address the invitation mail was sent to for the project invitation email.

Click on the link contained within the email invite or paste and open it into your browser.

You will see the 'Create a new Account' box. Now follow the instructions here starting from step 2.

Note: You cannot change the email address that is linked to the project invite.

You have an EMDESK account? If you do have an account, you will see the 'Login' box and DO NOT need to follow the steps above. You will just need to enter your login data - if you have any issues with this please read 'Login Issues'.
