Delete activities and events

Activities and events are managed in the "Workplan" section.

Note: To delete activities and/or events, you must have Manage access rights to the "Workplan" section or the respective parent activity (see "Roles, access levels, and access rights"). In addition, the current plan version must be in  Edit mode (see "Manage project plan versions").
Note: When activities or events are deleted, they are moved to the trash and can be restored only with the help of EMDESK technical support.

Deleting activities

Click Workplan in Home menu, this will open the "Workplan" section.

Click the quick action menu at the activity that you would like to delete and choose Delete.

To delete the activity, click Yes in the appeared window.

Tip: You can also delete an activity using its sidebar by clicking the action menu at the top right and choosing Delete.

Deleting events

Click Workplan in Home menu, this will open the "Workplan" section.

Click the quick action menu at the event that you would like to delete and choose Delete.

To delete the event, click Yes in the appeared window.

Tip: You can also delete an event using its sidebar by clicking the action menu at the top right and choosing Delete:
