Forgotten password
If you are sure about your password and having issues with login please read first "Login issues".
If you have registered via an identity provider (e.g. Microsoft), please use the password reset function of the provider.
If you cannot remember your password, please use the instructions below to reset the password to a new one.
- Go to https://app.emdesk.com/ and select "Forgot?" from the "Password" field of the "Login" box.
- Enter your email address into the email field. In some cases, you may be asked to enter the CAPTCHA code. Then click the "Submit" button.
Note: Make sure to provide your primary email address. Your primary email address is the one you use to login and marked as primary in your account settings.
- The "Check your inbox" box is displayed. Now check your email for the password reset confirmation email and click the link in the email to confirm the request of a new password.
Tip:
- No email? Check your Spam/Junk folder, or try to search your inbox for "emdesk".
- Remember you password again? Ignore the password reset email and go straight to the login.
- Once you have clicked the link, check your inbox again for a second email containing the new password.
- Go to the login page (https://app.emdesk.com/) again and use the new password to login.
Important note: For security reasons, it is highly recommended to update the new password immediately after you have accessed your account.
