Merge two user accounts

It is technically not possible to merge two user accounts. However, what you can do is make sure that you can access all your projects with the user account you want to keep and delete the other account. To do this, please follow the steps below. 

Tip: We recommend that you only have one user account as with multiple user accounts you need different email addresses in order to access various projects.

Switch user account

To keep one (primary) user account and delete the other accounts:

Choose your primary email address and the user account you want to use and keep.

Log in to the other user account(s) where you have project(s) - where you are not the owner or the last user with Admin role level. Using your primary email address (the one you want to keep), you can invite yourself to the project you have on this account.
Note: If you don't have sufficient permission to invite yourself to the project, ask a user with Admin or Manager role level to invite you again with your new primary email address.

Once you have been invited to and have joined all your projects with your primary email address (the one you want to keep), you may delete your other user accounts.

For the deleted accounts, you can add the email addresses to the user account you have with your primary email address.
