Manage video calls and meetings

The meetings page lists all past and upcoming meetings that were hold or are scheduled in your project workspace. You can see the topic, date, time, attendees, who and when created or modified a meeting.

Narrow down the meetings' overview by using the filter options, e.g. you can filter the overview to show only upcoming meetings:

Using the meetings management page you can update and delete meetings. 

Editing scheduled meetings

Click Meetings in Home menu, this will open the "Meetings" section.

Open a meeting which you'd like to edit in a sidebar by clicking on it once or by clicking the edit icon.

In the sidebar you can update the following meeting's properties: 

  • Topic: Click the blue placeholder at the top and update the topic of the meeting.
  • Select attendees: Select new / delete current attendees.
  • Schedule Meeting: Turn on the "Schedule Meeting" toggle to set the new date and the new time for the meeting.

Click Save Meeting at the bottom of the sidebar.

Deleting scheduled meetings

Click Meetings in Home menu, this will open the "Meetings" section.

Hover over a meeting which you'd like to delete, click the action menu and choose Delete.

Tip: To delete multiple meetings, select the checkboxes by each meeting and click X in the upper left corner:

To delete the meeting, click  Yes in the appeared window.
