Joining a video call / meeting

To join a video call you need to be a member of the workspace. When you're invited to a meeting, you get an in-app and email notification.

Joining a meeting

1. If you're logged into EMDESK, a notification to join the meeting appears at the top of your workspace, and under the notification bell. Click Join.

If you're not logged in, open the meeting invite email and click Join the meeting.

2. The meeting room opens in a new browser tab.

3. If a lobby or passcode is enabled for the meeting, click Ask to join, or enter the passcode and click Join. You may need to ask the moderator for the passcode.

To leave the meeting, click Leave Meeting at the top right.

Rejoining a meeting

Left a meeting by mistake? You can rejoin it.

• If you're logged into EMDESK, open the notification panel, find the meeting invitation and click Join.

• If you're not logged in, open the invitation email and click Join the meeting.
