Delete documents, EMDocs, or folders

Note: To delete documents, EMDocs, or folders, you need at least Manage access rights to the "Documents" section and the respective folder containing them (see "Roles, access levels, and access rights").

Follow the instructions below on how to delete one or multiple documents, EMDocs, or folders.

Click Documents in Home menu, this will open the "Documents" section.

Hover over the document, EMDoc, or folder and choose Move to trash in the dropdown list.

Tip: To delete multiple documents, EMDocs, or folders at once, select the checkboxes by each file and choose Move to trash from the drop-down menu in the upper right corner.

You can also delete a document, EMDoc, or folder using a sidebar.

Click Documents in Home menu, this will open the "Documents" section.

Hover over the document, EMDoc, or folder you want to delete and choose  Properties from the dropdown list, this will open a sidebar.

In the sidebar click the action menu at the top right and choose  Move to trash

Note: When documents, EMDocs, or folders are move to trash, the items are moved to the trash tab and can be restored until the trash is emptied.
