Connectivity issues

If you are experiencing one of the following issues:

  • Stuck on the load screen
  • Seeing an on-screen notification saying you are disconnected from the server

Try the troubleshooting tips below to try to resolve the issue. 

If the troubleshooting tips below do not resolve your issue contact our support team. To enable them to better assist you, please be sure to pass to them: any unique error phrase you saw. exactly which steps you’ve already tried.

 Resolve connectivity issues

  • Disable any browser extensions you have turned on.
  • If you’re using Chrome, try using an Incognito window (which does not employ your installed extensions to use Asana).
  • Update your browser to the latest version.
  • Clear your browser’s history/cache/cookies. 
  • Test for the issue in another one of our supported browsers to see if the issue is isolated to only one browser or across multiple browsers.
