Canceling your subscription

Note:

  • Only the Subscription Owner has the ability to cancel the subscription. This means the cancellation must be done using the email address for which the subscription was originally created.
  • If you are not the subscription owner, you will not have access to the cancelation option.

You can easily cancel your EMDESK subscription directly through your account settings. Follow the steps below to complete the process.

Access Subscription Settings

Before you can cancel your subscription, you need to be logged into your EMDESK account.

  1. Log in to your EMDESK account by visiting https://app.emdesk.com.
  2. Once logged in, click on your user profile photo in the top right to open the Profile menu.
  3. Select "Subscription & Billing".

  4. Click on the "Cancel Subscription".

  5. A confirmation dialog appears, there you need to confirm by clicking "Cancel Subscription".
  6. After confirming, your subscription will be scheduled for cancellation at the end of the current billing cycle.

Tip: Even after canceling, you can continue to use your EMDESK features until the end of the paid period. Once the period ends, your account will be downgraded to the free plan.
