Muting attendees during a video call / meeting

Note: Only moderator has the ability to mute attendees during a video call. A moderator is the user that starts the meeting, all other users are attendees, but they can be promoted to moderator by another moderator.

Follow the instructions below on how to mute attendees during a video call:

How to mute an attendee

To mute an attendee during a video call, hover over the person’s profile picture, click the "Action menu" icon and select  Mute

In the appeared panel, click Mute to confirm (or Cancel to dismiss).

How to mute all attendees

To mute all attendees during a video call, click the "Action menu" icon at the bottom panel and select Mute everyone

In the appeared panel, click Mute to confirm (or Cancel to dismiss).

Note: Once muted, you won't be able to unmute attendees, but they can unmute themselves at any time.
