Deactivate and activate participant

Note: You must be an Admin or Manager level user to deactivate and activate participants (see 'Roles, access levels, and access rights').

The 'Inactive' toggle makes the participant you have selected currently not active in the project. Activities, budget items, and expenses can no longer be assigned to this participant.

Deactivate or activate participant

Open a sidebar by clicking on a participant or by using the 'Edit' icon in the end of an element row.

To deactivate the participant, click Inactive toggle at the bottom of the sidebar.

To activate the participant, click Inactive toggle at the bottom of the sidebar.

Click Save Participant at the bottom of the sidebar.
