Deactivate and activate participant

The "Inactive" toggle makes the participant currently inactive in the project. Activities, events, budget items, and expenses can no longer be assigned to this participant.

Note: To deactivate and activate participants, you must have manage access rights to the "Participants" section (see "Roles, access levels, and access rights").

Follow the instructions below on how to deactivate and activate participants.

Click Participants in Home menu, this will open the "Participants" section.

Click on the participant that you would like to edit or click on its "Edit" icon, this will open a sidebar for the participant.

To deactivate the participant, enable Inactive toggle at the bottom of the sidebar.

To activate the participant, disable Inactive toggle at the bottom of the sidebar.

Click Save Participant at the bottom of the sidebar.
